Jarvis Landry – The New Face Of Miami

Since Dwyane Wade left the Miami Heat for the Chicago Bulls, there has been a lot of talk about who the new face of Miami sports will be. There have been a ton of names thrown around including guys like Miami Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton and Heat center Hassan Whiteside.

However, there is really only one choice and it’s a pretty easy choice. Football is clearly the biggest sport in the country and the Miami Dolphins have a rising star with the flare to be the face of the city. That man is Jarvis Landry

Juice has everything you look for in a star. He has the personality, is a big-time playmaker and has a silly haircut that seems to be popular with the kids. Oh yea, by the way, he as a cool nickname. He is an amazing 23-year-old wideout and pops off your screen when you watch him. Whether he’s making defenders miss on a reverse, making a one handed grab or making a spark on a punt return, his quickly rising star is undeniable.

He’s already breaking Dolphins records. Landry has the most receptions in the first two seasons in Miami history. Despite two disappointing seasons for the team, Juice has been pretty much the only bright spot for the Dolphins. Through two seasons he has piled up 194 receptions including 110 catches in 2015. He’s also added 1,915 yards and nine receiving touchdowns as well as a rushing TD and a punt return to the house.

It doesn’t hurt that Landry’s best friend is wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr and the duo been putting out videos of themselves making circus catches. Beckham even credits Landry for teaching him how to make his signature one-handed grabs. Don’t expect Juice to stop making highlight reel plays anytime soon. We all love it. Landry should be the prime candidate to be the FACE of Miami sports!!
