The opening weekend of the 2017 college football season brought plenty of highlights, entertaining sequences and surprising moments.
Most importantly, it brought touchdowns, and Florida A&M quarterback Ryan Stanley got the season off on the right foot by using his legs to produce a touchdown from nine yards out.
Stanley stepped up in the pocket to avoid the rush, then took off toward the end zone for the score in Saturday’s blowout win over Texas Southern.
