Bruce Arians admires attitude of Cardinals fans

No, Bruce Arians wasn’t drowning his sorrows over the Cardinals’ 49-15 NFC championship game demolition. He was having a drink with Bob McManaman of The Arizona Republic at The Phoenix Open this week and talked about how Cardinals fans are just as unsatisfied as he is about the 2015 season.

“It’s nice that our fans are pissed,” Arians said, implying that Cardinals fans have become more passionate in the three years he’s coached in Arizona.

It helps that the Cardinals have improved in each of Arians’ three seasons. They’ve gone from 10-6 in 2013 to 11-5 and a playoff berth last season to a franchise-record 13-3 and an appearance in the NFC championship game this season.

If the Cardinals go a step further next season, it sounds like Arians could provide some quotes that add a little pizzazz to Super Bowl week.
