The Bills and Browns are playing, which means we’ve entered the ennui portion of the Bills’ season. A win might guarantee Rex Ryan a shot at keeping his job (maybe? sorta?) and a loss…well a loss will render his star DT’s prediction to be quite wrong.

What does the Buffalo Wins staff think? Read on and find out!

Michael Necci (@manecci) Bills 6 Browns 3 – The Bills return the favor.

Evan, @evancdent. (9-4). Bills 23 – Browns 17 – It’s Browns-Bills, y’all, a nearly-annual display of the NFL ineptitude. There’s high embarrassment potential for the Bills, as this game is Cleveland’s best chance to win a game this season. I’m a little nervous about this game, as it’s pretty hard for a team to go 0-16, but I’m still going to pick the Bills.

Cleveland has the worst roster in football, one that has some football writers questioning whether it’s ethical to have a roster this bad, since players are getting hurt because of the lack of talent. The Bills should be able to motivate themselves enough by not wanting to be The Team That Loses To the Browns, but I think it’ll definitely be closer than the Bills – and all the fans still hate watching this team – would like.

Chris, @2itb_buffalo – On the eve of the 6-3 game at the Ralph I photoshopped pillows in place of footballs in the hands of Trent Edwards and Derek Anderson joking that the game would be a pillowfight given how bad each team was at the time. Little did I know how prophetic that picture would be as I sat in the stadium and watched one of the worst games I’ve ever seen unfold. It might be more of the same on Sunday. Rex is fighting for his job, ditto for Tyrod. Meanwhile the opponent is winless.

You have to be confident that the Bills will win. As poorly as things have gone as of late, the Browns offense is poor and while he’s turned in a few stinkers, Stephon Gilmore’s recent play leads me to believe that he can keep Terrelle Pryor quiet. Much of the same can be said of the Bills offense vs. the Browns defense. Nothing on the other side of the ball leads me to believe the Bills will be in trouble and I’d expect a bounce back effort, of sorts, from last week’s dud. Give me the Bills 29-13.

Mike Migliore (@mmigliore 8-5) – The Rex Ryan era has to end like this, doesn’t it? All the bluster, all the bravado, all the false hope – it all has to come crashing down with a home loss to a 0-13 team.

We learned last weekend that Ryan could be fired any day now. If the Bills lose Sunday, you would have to think any lingering doubt would be removed from Terry and Kim’s minds.

Before the Bills played Jacksonville, I wrote how the Bills were due to have “that loss,” a “HOW THE HELL DID WE LOSE THAT GAME?” loss. We still don’t have that yet this year in the tradition of Manuel’s meltdown in London, Orton’s last stand in Oakland, or yes, 6-3 against the Browns. The time has come once again. Prediction: Browns 27, Bills 24

Mike McKenzie (@mack10zie 9-4?). The bills are favored by 10 points. I’m not sure the bills are 10 points better than anybody. And while the bills are certainly capable of steam rolling the Browns I just don’t know that their mindset is in the right place to do it. One of two things is going to happen Buffalo is either going to come out steamroll the browns and Rex and the team will pop their chest talking about how great they are, or they are going to get upset and the Browns will finish 1 and 15. I guess out me down for BUF 24 CLE 15.
