Enjoy What’s About To Happen

The Cardinals and Dodgers start the NLCS Friday night and there's only 1 sure thing:

Skip Shumaker will get and ovation that's going to be about 3 notches above where it needs to be. The #BFIB aren't going not take the bait though.

And the TBS announcers will LAP. IT. UP.

Other than that? Who the hell knows.

They got pitchers. We got pitchers. They got stars. We got stars. They got history. We got history.

You know it's going to be a teeth nasher when pundits are already looking ahead to the GM4 starting pitching match-ups to see which team can get an edge.

In case we have a vote and don't know it, Miller please. No offense, Lance.

Trust me when I tell you that we're going to have lots of time to analyze every single thing about this series. But as we sit here counting the minutes until the first pitch, I implore you to try and enjoy the moment as much as possible.

Not often do you get the two best teams squaring off for the NL Pennant. Even rarer is when your team is involved. Here we are, though. Ready to start an NLCS where nobody (including the players) know how this is going to play out.

Busch Stadium is going to be rocking.

A beautiful night. Championship baseball. It doesn't get much better, friends.
