The NFL Films list of the 100 Greatest Players (as determined by an 85 person panel) has been released.
Those ranked ahead:
1. Rice 2. Jim Brown 3. Taylor 4. Montana 5. Payton 6. Unitas 7. Reggie White.
Hard to argue too much. To get that high, you have to alter the way the game is played in some way. I think most of those guys qualify.
