No point guard currently in the NBA possesses greater leaping ability than Damian Lillard. It’s no secret that he can dunk better than any other player at his position, which he’s shown by competing in the NBA’s dunk contest in the past.
Lillard reminded basketball fans why he’s such a great dunker during Sunday night’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Blazers guard started off at the top of the key during one particular play late in the fourth quarter, and he then showcased his quickness as he drove the lane. Ed Davis and Jordan Hill shifted over to challenge his shot, but Lillard—who took off from roughly five feet inside the free-throw line—dunked over both of them.

Not only did he throw down that powerful dunk, but he also drew a foul on the play after getting slapped in the head in doing so. He’s a special player.
