Random Thoughts:

Anyone else find it funny that Adam Foote played for a team whose alternate logo WAS a giant foot?

Also, I read somewhere that originally the Colorado Avalanche were going to be called the Rocky Mountain eXtreme.  It’s a shame that name didn’t stick.  Since they play in the Pepsi Center, the marketing for Mountain Dew Xtreme would write itself.

Originally I planned to rip on how awful Coors Light is, but why focus on the negative? Colorado has a bunch of great breweries.  Personally, I’m partial to a few out in the Fort Collins/Loveland area.  This post, I’m not focusing on any one beer, but on The Big Beaver Brewing Company.  Why? First of all, check out their damn logo:

They also have beers called “Bust-a-Nut Brown Ale”, “Breezy Bean Bag Scottish Ale”, and “Big Woody IPA”.  If dick jokes aren’t your thing, the beer is still solid and the atmosphere is fun, so check it out if you find yourself in Colorado.
