According to Renaud Lavoie of RDS, former Bruin Jamie Tardif has signed with the Buffalo Sabres.

Obviously with the trades made this offseason, there wasn't much room for Tardif on the Providence Bruins roster. Either that or Tardif was sick of playing in the AHL and believes he has a shot of making the big club with Buffalo. Either way, Bruins management didn't do their AHL club any favors – Tardif was good for them. Last season he scored 30 goals for the P-Bruins and had 45 points in 62 games.
Tardif did play 2 games with the Bruins, but didn't register any points.
