Lightning-Bruins Game Rescheduled to April 25th

Lightning-Bruins-Snowstorm

The NHL has finally picked a make-up game for the Boston Bruins-Tampa Bay Lightning game that was postponed due to Nemo dropping a bomb of snow on Boston.

From the team site:

NEW YORK (February 11, 2013) – The National Hockey League announced today, February 11, the rescheduling of the game between the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning that was postponed on Saturday, February 9, due to the weather-related State of Emergency in Boston.

The game will be played on Thursday, April 25, at TD Garden in Boston. Face-off is at 7:30 p.m.

That'll be the Bruins second to last game before the playoffs start. They'll now end the year playing four games in the final week. That also means Boston's playing 14 games in 27 days in April, pretty much a game every other day. Brutal way to end the season. Hopefully the team can stay healthy down that final stretch and into the post-season. Tampa's pretty much in the same boat that week/month.
