Reliever Tim Byrdak is not your normal baseball player.
In Spring Training 2012, the reliever showed up to camp dressed as Hulk Hogan. Four months later, he surprised his New York Mets teammates with a pet…a chicken named "Little Jerry Seinfeld".
Now, after missing most of 2013 due to a shoulder injury, Byrdak is out there looking for work.
