UFC 205 Fighter Salaries, Reebok $, Attendance & Gate
NEW YORK, NY – NOVEMBER 12: Conor McGregor of Ireland celebrates his KO victory over Eddie Alvarez of the United States in their lightweight championship bout during the UFC 205 event at Madison Square Garden on November 12, 2016 in New York City. (Photo by Michael Reaves/Getty Images )

It was a historic, epic night in NYC last night for the UFC, and fittingly the sport’s biggest star, Conor McGregor, was its top earner.

Before we go any further, we should note that the New York State Athletic Commission doesn’t release fighter pay info, so none of the following salary data for the event is official.  However, you can get a fairly accurate picture of a fighter’s pay based on official purse info released from past fights.  So, based on that info, here is the estimated pay breakdown for the 22 fighters that traded blows at the event, plus Donald Cerrone who got paid out his show money despite his fight being cancelled. But please remember – this is only an estimate, not official info, especially for any fighters that made their UFC debuts at the event.

(for McGregor and Alvarez’s purses we are going off of info released by Khabib Nurmagomedov’s father, who disclosed the two fighter’s purses after a fight between his son and Alvarez fell through)

Attendance: 20,427
Gate: $17,700,000
