Blackhawks 4, Rangers 3

The New York Rangers (42-18-7) lost to the Chicago Blackhawks (36-25-8) by the score of 4-3, tonight. For a boxscore and recap go to Yahoo! Sports.

…ok, deep breath Rangers fans. Just be happy this is happening now instead of at the end of the month. Effort was much better tonight, so hopefully they’re starting to turn the corner.

…remember when the Rangers were able to hold leads in the third period?

…turnovers will kill you and they’ve been killing this team during this losing streak.

…at least the Rangers had only two chances to embarrass themselves on the power play tonight.

…-3 for Callahan tonight. Not going to see that too often.

…the Gomez for McDonagh trade is officially the biggest fleece job in professional sports history.

…13 goals against in the last four games for Lundqvist. That has to be a record for him.

…can’t wait to see Mitchell when he’s not fighting it.

…man, it would have been awesome for Prust to get the game winner.

…absolutely filthy move by Anisimov.

…i guess Richards got laid last night.

…Rupp has been throwing bombs in his last two fights.

…Rangers loss combined with Pens win tonight has lead down to four in the Conference and Division.

…off tomorrow then a seven game homestand begins with the Islanders on Sunday.
