2013 NFL Combine Review: News, Notes, and Rumors from Indianapolis

It's easy to lose track of some of the key stories that emerge in between forty yard dashes this week in Indianapolis. What were the most important stories that developed over the past several days?

Justin Hunter and Cordarrelle Patterson were more highly touted, but Da'Rick Rodgers may have been the biggest winner of the three while in Indianapolis. It's been reported that he helped himself a great deal during the interview process this week

There were reports that Jarvis Jones had been taken off of several teams' boards entirely due to medical concerns, but Jones said that he got good feedback from doctors in Indy.

DaMontre Moore may have had the most disappointing week of anyone working out in Indianapolis, and it's likely to cost him in April

Star Lotulelei's heart condition is scary, but it appears as though it may not be as serious as originally thought. The USA Today has reported that it is likely due to dehydration and rapid weight loss.

There were several reports that AJ Klein suffered a serious knee injury while in Indianapolis, but both he and his agent have reported that the injury won't sideline him for more than a week.

Sam Montgomery admitted during interviews that the level of effort he gave during his time at LSU was dependent on the opponent.

According to Gil Brandt, Christine Michael overslept for two team interviews during the Combine. That's a tough break for a player who otherwise had an impressive week in Indianapolis.

Gil Brandt also was among many that came away impressed with Margus Hunt. Hunt apparently had one of the most impressive, businesslike approaches to his time in Indy, and it's likely he impressed many coaches as well.

The NFL will be looking into accusations that some NFL teams were asking inappropriate questions of players while at the Combine.

In the time when many players were trying to lose weight leading up to the Combine, Jonathan Cooper was actually trying to pack weight on.
