Stephen Curry predicts Panthers will win Super Bowl 50

NBA superstar and Carolina Panthers fan Stephen Curry couldn’t be happier his Panthers are headed to Super Bowl 50. He tweeted this after the Panthers’ 49-15 win over the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC championship game last Sunday:

On Thursday, Curry gave his prediction for the big game. He has the Panthers beating the Denver Broncos 24-17 on Feb. 7 in Santa Clara, which is less than 40 minutes away from Oracle Arena where the Golden State Warriors will play the Oklahoma City Thunder the day before Super Bowl 50. Curry had a prediction for that game as well:

The Warriors have throttled two of the top four teams in the league standings with blowout wins over the San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers this month, but Feb. 6 will be the first meeting of the season for them against third-place Oklahoma City, which has won 10 of its last 12 games and averages the second-most points in the league at 109.3 per game.

Whatever the outcome of both games, it’s going to be a good weekend to plop in front of the TV and catch a couple of good matchups in the NFL and NBA.
