Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is still dealing with being a part of the biggest choke in Super Bowl history, which has probably made for a very long past 20 hours or so.
Ryan remains optimistic about the future of the team, and recently posted a message to Falcons fans saying that the team will rebound.
Here’s what it said:
The Falcons have a young team with a lot of rising stars, so there’s a lot of reason to believe that they’ll be back in the big game at some point again. But the weight of blowing a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl may stick with them for awhile. That’s a tough thing to get off your back, and will take a lot of time to heal that wound.
