  1. Yuri Simoes: It was our #1 fight to look forward to this weekend, and Simoes edged 2016 Judo silver medalist Travis Stevens, in his F2W debut by split-decision.

  2. Juliano Coutinho: Is the new CES MMA Heavyweight champion after a second-round TKO finish of Ashley Gooch.

  3. Alejandra Jimenez: Still the WBC World Female Heavyweight champ after a third-round TKO of previously undefeated Vanessa Lepage Joanisse in Cancun on Televisa.

  4. Yesica Yolanda Bopp: On an all-female main and co-main card in Uruguay, Bopp defended her WBA Junior Flyweight crown over journeyman (journeywoman?) Olga Julio in the co-main.

  5. Hyun Man Myung: TKO’d Huggy Bear Barnett in the main event of RoadFC 41.

6. Alex Perez/Michael Rodriguez: Congrats to Perez and Rodriguez on their UFC contracts, still baffled while Julio Arce isn’t coming along for the ride.

7. Chris Namus: Claimed the vacant IBF World Female Junior Middleweight crown with a UD over Yamila Esther Reynoso.

8. Roberto Garcia: On Saturday’s BeIn Sports main event, Garcia captured the WBC Silver Middleweight title with a win over Omar Chavez and, possibly, his first world title shot.

9. Gabriel Gonzaga: The UFC vet showed off his grappling chops (that he used far too seldomly in the UFC) in the co-main of Fight To Win’s last event in Boston, slapping on an Americana to defeat Shaun Durfee.

10. Keenan Cornelius: Won the Heavyweight and Openweight gold in IBJJF’s Chicago Summer Invitational.
