Watch: Vanderbilt Outfielder Makes Spectacular Running Catch, Yells ‘F- Yeah’ in Celebration

Vanderbilt defeated Texas in 10 innings, 4-3, and has advanced to the school’s first College World Series Finals appearance in its history.

While the game was won on a walk-off infield single, it was what happened in the top of the 10th inning that really paved the way to victory.

Texas’ C.J. Hinojosa led off the inning and absolutely crushed a ball toward the warning track which would’ve been a surefire double or possibly even a triple.

But Vanderbilt’s Rhett Wiseman was having none of it, and the “wise man” played the perfect angle to track the ball down and make the catch on the run.

Wiseman's great snag

Oh, and when Wiseman made the catch, he and pitcher Hayden Stone were pretty pumped about it!
(Reddit commenter srs_house passed this along and calls it a “double f*** yeah,” which it appeared was what both players yelled in jubilation.)

The team will face No. 3-seeded Virginia in the Finals.
