I hereby take the blame for Ohio State’s horrific loss last night. I can explain why.
Karma decided to kick my ass as payback for Texas and Iowa fans. Somewhere, someone is making an “Ohio State had a bad day” video. It’ll suck because it’ll be created by an amateur with no skills, but it’s still being put together right now. I can just feel it happening.
OK, so what really happened? I can’t honestly say. The whole night is a big blur. I cannot look back and recall any single play after the 14:44 mark of the first quarter. But I know that when Ginn got hurt, something disappeared. Nothing was sharp. Nothing was executed properly. Pittman looked good, and that was it.
So I’ll just come out and say it.
Florida manhandled us. They looked good and made all the right moves. They brought their A game, and we barely played our B game.
Today, I will wear my new Pittman jersey. For I am proud to be a Buckeye, and I ALWAYS will be.
By the way, at least I know my blog is more popular than I thought. The barrage of people who decided to leave comments (which all got the big reject) was quite impressive. Leaving the comments anonymously was the extra touch of bravery, by the way.
