GAME NOTES:
The Red Sox sure are sad to leave Fenway Park behind them as the friendly confines treated them right, to the tune of a seven game win streak and a perfect homestand. The road hasn’t been nearly as kind so far this season as the Red Sox have posted a 10-14 road record having lost six of their last eight road games including four in a row. The Sox turn their winning streak over to the veteran knuckler Tim Wakefield tonight against the Oakland A’s and their ace Rich Harden.
A seven game win streak…..time to bring back the streakin mojo!
