Joseph Addai showed some burst with a 17-yard TD run, his second score in as many preseason games. Donald Brown, who had nowhere to run or hide in the exhibition opener, showed he can pick up some yards, too.
I wasn’t jazzed about the defensive breakdowns, especially the missed tackles early and a blown coverage later — both resulting in TDs, the latter on a deep ball. But spinning this for at least one night, safety Bob Sanders played a little and I don’t think he got hurt.
