NFL investigating Talib for watching game from Stadium? Cut me a break!First of all , If Aqib Talib watched the game from a private suite at the Stadium, then that would probably means someone from the Bucs was involved, and I seriously doubt either part knew he was not allowed to even watch the game from the Stadium, because it makes no sense. The intention of the rule is to make sure a suspended player does exactly that, stays suspended away from the team. You should not be allowed to participate in practice or any type of preperation for the game. I can even understand why he should not be allowed to watch the game from the Bucs sideline. But you cant pay for a ticket and sit in the stands or watch the game from a box seat? Give me a break NFL! You suspended a guy a season too late to begin with. He hit the cab driver last year before the regular season. He should have had to sit out the season finale. Or any other game last year. Its a transgression that happened last year, and should have been dealt with last year. By all accounts, Talib is making large strides in becoming more of a Man and more responsible. Now if he knew he was not allowed to attend the game, then he has a minor issue to deal with, that of understanding that when you have strikes against you, the little things count bigger. If you are on probation, you cannot live your life like a person who has a clean record, you have to live your life a little bit closer to the letter of the law than the rest. It’s great that Talib is learning about consequences of his actions and is starting to make better decisions. He simply needs to fine tune that now to include the little things that most people do not have to worry about, at least for long enough so that the court of popular opinion no longer looks at you as a constant transgressor. But the NFL also needs to take a look at themselves; specifically some of their punishments and see if they really fit the crime. If Talib misses anymore playing time as a result of this; it does not.
