Well the Bucs really could be the Best team in the NFC if they win and the Giants lose. That would put the Bucs on the inside track for the #1 seed in the NFC, which is something we were trying to accomplish, oh say two years ago with very poor outcome as we were run over (literally) by the Carolina Panthers and their twin running backs. The Bucs actually lead the all time series 18-15, one of the few teams the Bucs do lead a series with. We’ve also won 6 of the last 11, just a tad bit over 50%, and the last two games in the Georgia Dome have been decided by a FG, last years went down to the last 30 seconds, where the Falcons won on a 4th down play. The Bucs have swept the series against Atlanta in 2002, 2005, and 2007, the last 3 times the defense was ranked up in the top 5. Tampa Bay takes a 5 game Road Winning Streak, (the longest ever by the Bucs) into Atlanta where the Falcons do pretty well at home. The bulletin board material is up on both sides, there is no need to add anything else to this people, its the Biggest Bucs game for this new generation of Tampa Bay Buccaneers ever, and it will be interesting to see how they respond. Do they fold because a few plays dont go their way like Pittsburgh or New Orleans? OR to they play like they did against the Bengals, Cardinals; road warriors.
