What to watch

1. Who starts at small forward for the Sacramento Kings?

Luc Mbah a Moute moved on to the Minnesota Timberwolves following a trade for 22-year old Derrick Williams.  Will Michael Malone turn to John Salmons or Travis Outlaw or will he make a bold move and start Williams?  We don’t usually make a lot of guesses when it comes to the starters, but we had to put someone in the lineup.

2. Will the bad blood between Cousins and Paul spill over again onto the court?

There is no question that Cousins and Paul dislike each other.  When these two teams met last Saturday, Cousins ushered Isaiah Thomas away from the outstretched hand of Paul, making a public statement that the Kings are not friends with the Clippers.  Paul has done his best to get under the skin of Cousins and if Cousins wants to return the favor, he should do his best to send Paul home with a loss.

3. With four days off between games, do the Kings come out with energy?

It’s been a long week for the Kings and they haven’t even played a game yet.  It’s never easy to see a teammate get traded, but Sacramento better get used to it.  Malone wants energy from his players and after four days off, the Kings have no excuses tonight.
