BREAKING: Steelers Coach Chuck Noll Dead at 82

According to media reports, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach, Chuck Noll passed away Friday at the age of 82.

Noll, a Cleveland, Ohio native and graduate of Cleveland’s Benedictine High school, led the Steelers to four Super Bowls.  Per the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Noll’s wife, Marianne found him unresponsive at 9:45pm, called 911 with EMS paramedics pronouncing him dead at 9:55(EST)

Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1993, Noll coached Hall of Famers, Joe Greene, Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann, Jack Lambert and Franco Harris. A former seven-year NFL player from 1953-59 with the Cleveland Browns, Noll compiled a winning percentage of .566 during his 23-year career that began in 1969.
