The Detroit Red Wings trailed the still-hated Pittsburgh Penguins 3-1 with under three minutes remaining in the third period on Thursday night, pulled the goalie a couple times and, just like that — with 39 seconds remaining on the clock — the Red Wings tied the score at 3-3.

After Niklas Kronwall netted the equalizer with 39 seconds left in the third, the Red Wings won the game with 44 seconds remaining in overtime thanks to one off Justin Abdelkader’s stick:
