Another week and another attempt for the Patriots to Clinch the AFC East. This week there are 5 different ways the Pats can clinch. Let’s hope this is the week! This week it all depends on how the Patriots and Jets do.
Okay here is how it can happen: NE Win = NE clinches at least a tie in strength of victory over the NYJ…. Or NE win + NYJ loss or tie…. Or NE tie + NYJ loss…. Or NE tie + NYJ tie = NE Clinches at least a tie in the strength of victory tiebreaker over NYJ…. Or NYJ loss + NE clinches at least a tie in strength of victory tiebreaker over NYJ.
Yup, that is a mouthful. A total of 5 different ways the Pats can clinch. Let’s just hope for a win it makes everything much easier. Go Pats!
