The Pawtucket Red Sox a Triple-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox will be hosting a “free Brady night” on June 10th at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, RI. Fantastic idea right? But wait it gets even better. Any fan with the name Tom or Brady will get a free ticket to the game. To make it even better the Paw Sox have also dropped their ticket prices for one game, they are usually sold at $13 a piece but for one night only will be sold at $12.

There is also a giveaway that night as the first 3,000 fans will receive a commemorative placard. It gets even better than that as they first pitches will be thrown with footballs instead of baseballs.

But other teams were quick to say they will not supports Patriots QB Tom Brady as the Buffalo Bison a Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays announced today that they will be hosting a “Keep Brady Suspended Night”.

The Bison like the Paw Sox will have a ticket promotion. But in Buffalo they will have a buy-one, get-one free ticket offer for any fan that donates a properly inflated football to a youth football program. The Bison will also be accepting donations of un-destroyed cell phones.

But it gets even better. You will get a 12.5% discount in the Bisons gift shop if you bring a Brady Jersey or T-Shirt to add to the post game firework display.

The Bison would also go on to say “Help us remind Tom of the minimum amount of inflation for footballs, for you know … once he gets to play again.  Scoreboard videos featuring some of sports’ greatest cheaters, with special video tribute to Patriots’ coach, Bill Belichick.”

The Bisons would not stop there as they would take a direct shot at the Paw Sox saying “If you are named ‘Tom’ or ‘Brady,’ you will be allowed entrance into Coca-Cola Field for ‘Keep Brady Suspended’ Night, but will not be allowed to watch the first four innings of game one of the doubleheader. Please, no appeals. “

This is minor league baseball promotions at its finest!
