The Golden State Warriors put together one of the worst defensive showings in recent memory on Tuesday night, when they got punched in the mouth by the San Antonio Spurs — over and over again.

Golden State got out-rebounded by a 55-35 margin, and turned the ball over 16 times. Every time they attempted to claw their way back into the game, the Spurs either knocked down a big shot or converted an easy basket near the hoop to extend their lead once again.

Like in the second quarter, for example, when only one Warriors player got back on defense. Kawhi Leonard missed a layup, but stole the ball back and got an easy basket as a result. Head coach Steve Kerr was furious about it, and he chewed out Draymond Green for not hustling back on defense.

Kerr then called a timeout. He was fired up after that easy basket.
