A German TV reporter was attempting to get Dustin Hopkins’ take about the kick he missed during Sunday’s game against the Bengals, which resulted in the matchup ending in a 27-27 tie, but his interview was cut a bit short by a Redskins public relations official.

The reporter first asked Hopkins about what went wrong, to which the team’s kicker responded:

“First of all, I’m just disgusted that that happened for my guys,” Hopkins said.

That was all he got out of Hopkins, because Redskins senior vice president of communications Tony Wyllie came flying in to break up the interview.

“What? Hey! No! No! No!” he shouted, as he pushed the reporter out of the way.

The Redskins don’t allow postgame interviews to happen on the field, so that’s why Wyllie acted the way he did. Still, it seemed a bit ridiculous, but that’s how the organization operates.
