There are many different mysteries inside the New England Patriots organization. But one of the biggest ones is when will Bill Belichick retire? That question has always been pushed off by Belichick but the word came out today that Robert Kraft knows exactly when Belichick will be retiring.

“We have a pact that we don’t talk about that,” Kraft said to Washington Post reporter Mark Maske. “He knows and I know. But he won’t be done this year.”

That is all Kraft had to say about that. But why would Belichick stop with an all-time Head Coaching record of 237-and-115? Not to mention 4 Super Bowl titles wich could change later this week.

Belichick said on the topic of retirement that “I don’t really see it as work,” he said this week. “It’s actually beach working. You get to do what you love to do dealing with a lot of great people. I have a great staff. Players work hard and are very cooperative and compliant. They have a great attitude about teamwork, playing unselfishly and working unselfishly.”

If you were in his position why would you retire? You not only coaching the Patriots you are coaching the Patriots with you kids also as coaches. The Patriots have turned into a family for Belichick he has single handily built the organization from the ground up to the point where even some of his kids work with him.
