Collison keeps up consistent play as Kings win three straight

The Sacramento Kings continue rolling as they defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 105-99. With this win, the Kings have now won three straight.

Guard Darren Collison had 20 points, six rebounds and eight assists for the night making him the Reno Dodge Power Performer. This is Collison’s fourth straight game scoring 20 or more.

Collison’s confidence has been sky high, and this game was no different for him. He has been showing ruthlessness in getting to the line and also scoring. Before the half, Collison made a crucial and extremely impressive floater over Anthony Davis:

This shows how confident Collison can be. Davis is one of the best defenders in the league, and Collison showcased his scoring ability on him. Collison has also worked so hard on his floater over the season, and it is showing.

Collison is also coming off of a game winner against the Hawks:

After the game, Collison told reporters that he is simply just going out there and trying to play at a high level.

“It gives us confidence,” Collison said of the win. “We’re playing some good basketball right now. We do have some lapses where we can get better at.”

For over the course of five games, Collison has been averaging 20 points on 51 percent shooting from the field. He is also averaging five assists and two steals.

The Kings will take on the Lakers on Tuesday and give Kings fans a happy Valentines Day. Four consecutive victories will definitely make Kings fans love their Kings even more.
