It was a big win for the Senators last night as they beat the Rangers 4-2 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. This will be the Senators third time in the Conference Finals as they also made it in 2003 and 2007.
But it was not what happened during the game, it was what happened after the game that got people talking. After the big win, the Ottawa faithful took to the streets to celebrate in the most bizarre of ways.
The people of Ottawa did not want to inconvenience anyone on the roadways Tuesday night so they only celebrated in the streets during red lights. When a green light would show everyone would leave the streets to let traffic through and wait for the next red light to come to resume their celebration.
The bizarre but great celebration can be seen below.
This the most Canadian thing ever: Sens fans partying in the street, but only when the light turns red. Back to the sidewalk on green. pic.twitter.com/rXDykia3BN

Well done Ottawa, well done.
