Kyle Busch Wins Another One At Bristol

The Xfinity drivers were finally back to a Friday night race as they had 300 short track laps at Bristol.  Kylr Busch was on the pole as he was going for another three race sweep.

At lap 12 it was early caution time as David Starr wrecked his car.  A short green flag run occurs as three wide racing did not work causing Ryan Reed and Aric Almirola to wreck.  We get a third short green flag run and the caution was out at lap 40 as Ryan Reed blows a tire.  This finally led to a good long green flag run with Kyle Busch leading laps and winning the first stage.  The cars pit with Kyle Busch picking up a speeding penalty on pit road.

The second stage started off with Justin Allgaier while Kyle Busch was making bold moves to pass cars.  We get a good green flag run and at alp 124 it was caution time for Brandon Jones for a blown tire.  By this time Kyle Busch was up 10th.  As the green flag racing continued Justin was back leading laps as Kyle Busch was moving his way up through the field.  Late in the second stage Daniel Suarez was able to get the race lead.  He did not have it for long though as Kyle Busch was able to make it all the way to the race lead and take the second stage.

The final stage say Elliott Sadler leading laps as Kyle Busch was moving his way back into the race lead once again. At lap 216 though it was caution time again as Tommy Jo Martins smacks the wall.  The leaders pit and Kyle Busch kept the race lead.  Leaders pit and Kyle Busch kept the race lead.  We get a new long green flag run as Kyle Busch was leading lap after lap.  With 16 laps left the race was under caution time for the final night as Brendan Gaughan wrecked.  When the race continued it was Kyle Busch leading laps and then taking the win.

“I appreciate all the fans,” said Kyle Busch.

“We had a great car,” said Kyle Busch. “Were peaking at the right time.”

“We had speed,” said Justin Allagier.
