Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette has burst onto the scene in just his first season in the league, and he’s already making his mark on opposing defenses.

Fournette gashed the Steelers defense in Sunday’s 30-9 win, carrying the ball 28 times for 181 yards (two touchdowns). And he made sure to let them know about it.

On one particular play, after bouncing a run outside, he actually waved at Steelers safety Mike Mitchell while running — begging to be hit. Mitchell obliged, and delivered a crushing blow for the tackle, but Fournette still picked up a first down on the play.

It’s not often that you see a player wave at a defender mid-run. Fournette certainly isn’t making any friends out there.
