Dolphins receiver Jarvis Landry was the subject of a domestic violence investigation stemming from an incident that took place in April, involving him and the mother of his child.

Landry was not charged by the Florida State Attorney’s Office for his role in the incident, as the woman involved first claimed the Dolphins receiver “battered her,” but later said she “exaggerated” what happened.

Video of the incident in question has now been obtained by TMZ, and it appears to show Landry shoving the woman back into a car, while their four-month-old child was in the back seat.

A representative for Landry downplayed the physical contact seen in the video, and told TMZ that his push by the Dolphins receiver was simply “incidental contact.” Whether that’s true or not, officials believed that the contact was accidental, and Landry will not have domestic violence charges filed against him.
