[PHOTO GALLERY] Warriors Open Practice: Twin Steph Curry look-alikes, forgettable singing, and more

ORACLE ARENA, OAKLAND, CA — The world-champion Golden State Warriors held their near-annual Open Practice (the one for 2017-18 never happened due to the trip to China) for five dollars at Oracle. As usual, it was filled with goofing off, crazy shot attempts, terrible singing by rookies, and tons of laughter. Eleven thousand people attended.

Among the highlights were a Stephen Curry halfcourt over-the-head no-look flick, Klay Thompson missing three three-pointers in a row and tossing the ball to the other hoop in frustration, Jordan Bell lifting a child to the rim for a dunk and leaving him hanging there for a second or two, DeMarcus Cousins finding a pair of Steph look-alike twins, each donning a home Curry jersey and inviting them on the court to shoot halfcourt shots with Curry, and Bell serenading his girlfriend Carissa, then pretending to drop to one knee as if to propose to her, but abandoning the act to relieve the tension.

Here’s a slideshow we did, set the (awful) singing of Kendrick Nunn, Jordan Evans, Jordan Bell and — well, actually, pretty good rapping — Nick Kerr, son of head coach Steve Kerr.
