CANADIAN TIRE CENTRE – OTTAWA, CANADA

Didn’t we just do this? Feels like we just did this.
The Pens were just in Ottawa two Saturday’s ago, losing 6-4 in a really ugly, sad game. Stone and Duchene both scored twice while Matt Murray posted a .700 save percentage. Let’s hope tonight is a little better.
The Pens are coming off two solid home wins over the Avs and the Isles, scoring 6 goals in each of their wins. But it feels like a weird time to be watching this team.
Every game it feels like you’re watching for some magical sign that the Penguins are back. The Kessel rumors clouded most of the week and even as Phil scored a hat trick it felt….off. I’m not sure what or if there’s even an answer to what’s going on here, but I do know one thing.
If you keep winning hockey games; shit fixes itself. With a win tonight the Pens would have their first 3 game winning streak since October, 23-27.
Tonight we are on full these guys ain’t so fuckin’ bad watch:

Sens are without Duchene and Ryan who are both on IR. Their 3rd D pairing are idk man.
Sens:
Boedker – Tierney – Batherson
Tkachuk – White – Stone
Dzingel – Smith – Paajarvi
Mccormick – Paul – Pyatt
Chabot – DeMelo
Lajoie – Ceci
Harper – Jaros
Anderson
Three game win streak on the line in an opposing building that just kicked your ass a couple weeks ago. Yeah, I’d say it’s a good time to buckle the hell up.
