Alabama running back Josh Jacobs simply refused to be tackled on a play in the Capital One Orange Bowl.

Jacobs came out of the backfield on a third-and-six play in the second quarter of the game, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa wisely checked the ball down to him. The Alabama running back had some room in front of him, although he was pursued by a few Sooners defenders. Jacobs was met head-on by Oklahoma safety Robert Barnes near the five-yard line, but he wasn’t fazed one bit. He lowered his shoulder and knocked Barnes to the ground, then trotted into the end zone for a touchdown.

That touchdown gave the Crimson Tide a 28-0 lead over the Sooners, and it appears Alabama is headed for another showdown with Clemson in the national championship game.
