NHL rewards St. Louis with the 2020 All-Star Game

All-Star Game

It’s official. St. Louis will serve as the host of the 2020 NHL All-Star Weekend on January 24-26, 2020. The weekend’s events will include the skills competition, the All-Star Game itself and a series of other activities and events.

St. Louis last served as the host of the All-Star Game back in 1970 and 1988. The NHL brought the Winter Classic to town in 2017 and witnessed the city turn out in a big way for the Blues’ eventual win outdoors over the Chicago Blackhawks.

The success of the Winter Classic and the recent renovations to the Enterprise Center helped secure this major event for the city of St. Louis. The league has officially recognized that major sporting events can thrive in the city.
