Andy Reid has high praise for Tom Brady

NFL: AFC Divisional Playoff-Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs

Patriots quarterback may be viewed as a villain by many NFL fans, but he’s also an ageless wonder, and it’s incredible what he’s been able to do at his age.

The 41-year-old Brady has led his team to eight consecutive AFC title games, and the extra rest from the first-round bye seems to have really rejuvenated him. Last season, he took the team to yet another Super Bowl, even at 40 years of age, but came up just short in his quest for a sixth ring.

Still, head coach Andy Reid had plenty of praise for Brady ahead of Sunday’s title game at Arrowhead Stadium, specifically how he hasn’t seen a decline in the Patriots QB’s play yet.

“I haven’t seen any decline, and I haven’t seen him get any slower,” Reid said of Brady during his Wednesday news conference, via Nick Shook of NFL.com. “That’s not his deal, he’s not going to run and do all that unless he has to. He’s as accurate, he sees things better than he did when he was younger. I’m wearing glasses, he doesn’t. The age thing hasn’t hit him.”

Neither have we.
