Two players got into a fight during Thursday’s Jazz-Nuggets game, leading to ejections, and they’re probably not two candidates that you’d have expected.
It happened when Mason Plumlee pulled down an offensive rebound, and then began scuffling with Derrick Favors. The two got tangled up, and Favors fouled Plumlee on a shot attempt.
That didn’t stop the two from being engaged, though. They exchanged some hard shoves, and things then got heated, with an official, as well as members of both teams having to get in the middle of them. Nikola Jokic and Gary Harris Jr. came flying in off the bench as well.
Both Plumlee and Favors were ejected, and we could see some suspensions handed down as well, for the guys that left the bench during the skirmish.
