From Evan Flood:

As soon as he was offered, and probably even before that, Tampa (Fla.) Plant Safety Austin Hudson knew he wanted to play for Wisconsin.

On Thursday, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound defensive back decided that roughly 48 hours of mulling over Wisconsin's offer was enough, as Hudson gave his verbal commitment to the Badgers.

Hudson attended Wisconsin's three-day camp earlier this week, where he came away with an offer after day two. Defensive Coordinator Dave Aranda is credited with the addition of Hudson, while Assistant Coach Bill Busch also played a role in his decision.
