Recruiting: Douglas commits

Multiple websites are reporting that Ross Douglas (Avon, OH) has committed to the Nittany Lions.  Douglas, a 5’10”, 180 pound defensive back recruit with 4.45 speed, becomes Penn State’s second verbal commitment of the 2013 class, and the second to pull the trigger today.  He is considered to be a four-star athlete and had offers from Maryland, North Carolina and Tennessee, among many others.
