Letterman Update: Paul Posluszny

One of the top linebackers to come out of Penn State over the past decade is without a doubt Paul Posluszny. The former anchor in the middle of the defense is rehabbing a shoulder injury from last season with the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, and he says he is feeling as though he is back at 100 percent. If healthy, he should once again be a stable linebacker for the Jaguars this fall.

It’s doing really well now,” Posluszny said in a radio interview in Jacksonville. “I hurt it last game of the year but I feel like I’m back to 100 percent as far as strength and stability in the shoulder. I’m not allowed to be in any form of contact yet, but working out, training, lifting, running — all of that has been great so far.”

Posluszny was a guest on WFXj in Jacksonville on Thursday, and he spoke about his injury and his work with improving his own coverage on defense and more.
