The Nittany Minute returns with Nittany Lions Den managing editor asking how much fan should realistically expect from the Penn State offense in week one.
While there will be plenty of fans anticipating some good things with a new style offense under head coach Bill O’Brien, given some of the recent transfers leading in to the season you may wants to scale back some of those expectations right off the bat. The offense has a number of questions to answer. Maybe they will do very well. Maybe they’ll struggle. With so many unknowns, it may be best to keep things a little more simple this week against a team that will play some underestimated defense.
