GREENSBORO, N.C. – Six ACC baseball teams are ranked in Baseball America’s preseason Top 25 college rankings, the most from any conference.
The ranked league squads are led by No. 4 Virginia, the 2014 national runner-up, and No. 9 Miami. League newcomer Louisville, which has advanced to the College World Series the last two years, is ranked No. 12, and is followed in the poll by No. 17 North Carolina, No. 21 Florida State, and No. 24 Clemson.
The ACC’s six ranked squads leads the nation, ahead of the SEC’s five, the Big 12’s four, and the Pac-12’s three teams.
