Xtreme Knockout 7 Redux

In a few short years Xtreme Knockout (XKO) has slowly built up a product of considerably note out in Arlington.  Few local promoters in the country can boast a loyal and vocal throng of regular supporters quite like XKO.  Simply put, XKO has built a local promotion that is actually supported by local fight fans.  A novel concept in these parts for sure, but a considerable feat for the young upstart promotional company.

Though, to be fair, XKO has a lot of things going for it that other local promoters do not.  First, the own their own venue.  Well venue is a stretch, but the spacious confines of The Gym make an excellent venue for staging a fight.  While the lack of air conditioning may make summertime fights a bit of a sticky situation, the crowds continue to come in droves.  This could be a testament to the exemplary production values executed by XKO.  But that is to be expected given the Bussey’s family successful venture into the highly theatrical professional wrestling vehicle, PCW.  All told, the future seems bright for the XKO promotion.

We’ll skip the question promotion of the post-fight redux given that most of us in press row are still recovering from heat stroke.
