Boxing is coming back to Fort Worth, Texas, and once again Jesse Rodriguez and Cavalry Knockout Promotions are bringing CKO5 to the metroplex and it is headlined by two undefeated boxers. The main event will be Fort Worth’s Jesse “The One” Angel Hernandez (4-0, 4KO’s) who will be taking on the undefeated lighting Ray Ximenez, Jr. (11-0, 3KO’s) from Pleasant Grove, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The first night of professional boxing in the metroplex is starting out with a knockout night of fights scheduled on the card which will be held at the Guys and Dolls Ballroom in Fort Worth, Texas. The undefeated southpaw bantamweight Hernandez will be stepping into the ring against the undefeated and lightning handed Ximenez, who happens to fight orthodox and southpaw. So come Saturday night, the fans will get to see a full seven fight lineup of fights scheduled before the main event.
Several other undefeated fighters on the card include the return of Francisco Paco Cruz (3-0) who plans to continue his winning streak against Ryan Mar (2-0) in what is scheduled to be a battle in the ring. Also on the card is Joey Dunmoodie (7-2) who takes on the heavy hitting Jeremy Hall (2-3). In addition to those fights, up and coming Hector Valdez (1-0, 1KO) from Dallas, Texas goes against Cody Fuller (1-3).
