Chop Shop MMA’s highly talented prospect Keeton Gorton suffered a broken jaw in the first round which forced an end to his fight Friday night.
Gorton was fighting Horacio Escobar at the Shamrock FC: Charged promotion in Kansas City, MO. A crushing left hook caused the injury which forced the referee to declare Escobar the winner via TKO. Prior to taking the shot to the jaw Gorton was enjoying success in the fight.
No word on when Gorton will be cleared to resume his fighting career.
